A spectacular morning at @SpeyBayGC. Kudos to @DavidIRumbles and his team who have improved the playing surfaces no end in the past year. Best of luck to everyone playing in the @LinksDAO Summer Solstice event. My phone says it's 10,805 miles to @7milegolf but standing on the beach at the end of the course has something of the Hobart about it.

So yesterday I paid $1000+ to play golf at the legendary TPC Sawgrass and it’s famous island green #17. Was it worth it? What do you get for that price? Let me share our eventful day:

Successful day at Dornoch. Over 40 attended Scotland L & D roadshow with @EoinRiddell providing tour of the fantastic maintenance facilities & David Rumbles presenting on the plans at Spey Bay. Thanks to partners at Agrovista, Aitkens, GroGreen, ICL & Redexim for participating..

@Aaronbowen28 Good method, I know a few guys who do it that way! It’s all about finding a way that works at your site and it looks like you have found a good one!

@DavidR_EGC Heard a few comments of the fescue guys switching in remaining seed after mechanical seeding. Took the time to ensure the seed actually made it into the pots with sand carried in with it. Minimal seed removal from sweep and fill and it appears to have worked a treat 👍
