The First Amendment is a hill we should die on if the time to defend it ever came. But a monetary incentive to spread hatred, specifically by people who would otherwise focus on an entirely different issue (such as violent criminals being released by leftist judges) if not for an incentive to focus on this incentivized topic, is not 'free speech'. It is a paid incentive to be an agitator.
