I was just building an agent with MS CoPilot and I can tell you it is utter pain if you are used to real AI tools.

@drgurner @stats_feed ER is tough because they have to go from mostly 0 and patients being both terrible narrators and historians, so a lot is narrowing down what to test to minimize the time to diagnosis, especially in a crisis.

@stats_feed Both seem wrong a lot right now, according to those stats. Hopefully things shift upward, lol

Harvard just tested AI against ER doctors in real emergency triage. AI nailed diagnoses 67% of the time. Doctors: 50-55%. Especially strong with minimal info - exactly when every second counts. A “profound change” in medicine is here.

@jonathan_wilke @cursor_ai I swapped with Warp as my main terminal due to using Claude Code and Codex primarily, do you think there is enough in the $20/month to get out of Cursor to keep using it?

I'm gonna say it: As it stands today, @cursor_ai is the best agentic coding tool out there. No jumping between terminal and editor, nice UI and you don't have to switch the tool if there's a new model. change my mind.

"Never take advice from someone in the stands with a biscuit, while you're down in the ring with a sword."- Mike Holland A lot of people out there eating biscuits & criticizing those on the ground. Criticizing is the spectator sport of the masses.

@forssto I have found @warpdotdev to be an unlock from the terminal, all natural language to get my stack running without hitting my tokens :) Love having extensions like this vs searching for and navigating a tool.

I had an idea for a new format of video summary of photos I took at a show. Before what would've ensued is several hours of cursing with Final Cut Pro or Capcut. Now... 15 minutes of prompting with Claude Code and Compound Engineering and I have a reusable script that does it!
