@eBay_UK this account that I purchased a toothbrush from that stopped working within the year of warranty has told me to send the brush back and I will get a refund. I did and it’s now been almost 2 weeks and I have still not had the refund. Please help?

Emily has thrived with the support of the Access to Work scheme, so to have a drastic cut in support was a huge shock. Emily will be okay because she is so talented, but the many others affected might not.

I just had a decision back from Access to Work @DWPgovuk telling me that my support hours are going to be reduced from 37 to 8. I am absolutely devastated as a disabled journalist having a support worker is vital and this is going to impact my job. Does anyone have any advice?

Just wondering if any of my disabled friends who are in receipt of Access to Work have had to wait ages to get a response about an ongoing claim? Four weeks later, and I’m still waiting for them to get back to me.

@GWRHelp train journey this morning was so inaccessible first train platform was changed last minute when we were at the platform. The train was shortened so no seat bookings were honoured with people in my seat. Had to sit a carriage away from my carer because no seats.

Umm wth @facebook You suspend my acct for some bogus reason (crappy AI thinking I am not a real person?) and then when I try and appeal it, you say I cant because you don't like my phone number. So my acct is suspended because your AI messed up and I cant do anything about it?😖
