In other news, a Russian @Uber driver hit my wife’s new car and now they say we have to pay through our insurance—told us via text message, because they just won’t do it—no reason given. I’m pretty sure the guy is not insured—the insurance card he showed my wife does not cover ride share—but they let him drive clients anyway, so they’re playing hardball to blow me off I guess. I’m deciding how I (the little guy) can do maximum reputational and financial damage to Uber. Any ideas?
