@HallHoopsNJ Remind me again where Kadary Richmond started cuz it sure as fuck wasn’t Seton Hall. Bitching about losing a player that transferred to you and then left is absolutely wild.
Richmond to St. John’s, Hines to UConn in two of the last three offseason’s
Two different situations, yet the same end result. Transferring to a conference foe.
I understand the $ component & Seton Hall’s NIL challenges, but this stuff will continue to make fans uninterested
@scottfelgner@grubbyawldae@CT_In_TC@sbell021 Andy Katz lol. Notorious UConn hater. That’s ur gotcha LOL. That UConn team had 3 NBA starters and a 4th on nba bench. Ur lucy if this Michigan team has even 1 NBA starter when all is said and done.
@golfingpanti What the hell does Danny Hurley owe Seton Hall lol. Do they put food on his table?? So what he went there 35 years ago. What an absurd take from a clearly retarded person.
🚨 IMPORTANT PANTILONES OPINION 🚨
I am still digesting the Hines to UConn transfer, and it really leaves an awful taste in my mouth for many reasons. It has also permanently changed my opinion towards the UConn program. Let me explain:
I think what Rick is saying is…talent beats continuity every time. We grew to love the roster from last season but we can all agree…it was flawed. Many of us were ready to run Darling/Jax/Sanon out of town early. Let Rick cook. We’ll be fine. #sjubb
@HallHoopsNJ Hines put himself In the portal. He was available over a week before he even talked to UConn unlike what Pitino does tampering with players and contacting them mid-season. Grabbing an available player in the portal isn’t “poaching” retard.
-> Providence spending bread
-> St. John’s has bread
-> UConn poaching our best prospect
-> Xavier is on fire in the portal
-> Creighton active in the portal
-> DePaul adding and retaining
-> Willard retooling Nova
Having fun yet, Hall fans? #PortalSZN
Dylan Darling is a name St. John's fans will never forget. This moment vs Kansas ensured that. "Big Bells" beating the buzzer. On to the Sweet 16.
As St. John's reloads--and they are reloading in a massive way--this is just another example of what's wrong with collegiate sports.
Yes, Quinn Ellis is better. More talented. He'll likely dominate. And get drafted AND St. John's will be absolutely STACKED next season.
But whatever jersey this young man puts on next, it simply will not look right. ⚡️
@callmeround10@BigEastBarroom How many years do you think Rick Pitino is going to keep coaching. 3 more max?? This is year 4 now coming up and has Jack shit to show for it so far.
So….dream a dream with me
UConn is competing for natty’s
St. John’s is a second weekend team, easily
Villanova reloaded
Marquette kept their best 3(?) players
Xavier =going for it
Providence is recruiting NBA players
DePaul outbid Kentucky
Creighton kept everyone
We’re back?
@JayKalina2@CBBInsiderDuke Hes always been the biggest piece of shit in college basketball. Willing to break any rules in place to get what he wants. Watching him fail every single year in the tournament is the gift that keeps on giving. Scumbag.
@DdNo30@CBBInsiderDuke He started it when he tampered with Kadary Richmond while he was still playing for Seton Hall lol. And yet he’s got the nerve to cry that he was only a 5 seed bc the conference needs to be better. There were two teams bidding on KR, SHU & SJU, if he doesn’t poach, SHU keeps KR🤷🏼♂️
#BREAKING: Barring a last minute push from St. John’s, Najai Hines is expected to sign with UConn.
The 6’10 C averaged 6.5ppg, 5.5reb in 18mins as a Freshman with Seton Hall this past season.

@RC4words@malber@aburks41@MarchMadnessMBB@TheAndyKatz Literally no one outside of Michigan fans thought that game was “well called” by the refs. Go and do some searching on social media. The consensus was that UConn got fucked.
@DdNo30@malber@aburks41@MarchMadnessMBB@TheAndyKatz "Needed the help of refs". Anyone that watched that game who isn't a uconn or osu fan knows that the game was a well called game. Uconn shot from the outside, you don't get nearly as many fouls when you're an outside team. But you'd have to have some basketball knowledge first.
@UconnJonskies@joearruda9 Duke scared to play UConn. Hurley been trying for 3 years now to schedule them. They keep saying no like the little bitches they are.
Hurley: “When we release the non-conference schedule, if people thought last year’s was exciting and a big undertaking, I think this year’s will probably end up blowing that away.”
@LazerBone1980@FingerOfFact@CollinRugg No dumbass. You do not end up in jail for shooting a lunatic trying to break down your door in Texas. Maybe in my blue shithole state. But def not Texas.
@FingerOfFact@CollinRugg Shooting someone through a locked door is a great way to end up in prison.
Let them get through the door first, and save yourself a lot of legal hassle.
NEW: Police have released more info about the "Harry Dresden" break-in in Fairfield, CA, say both the homeowner & Nichols sustained head injuries.
Police are praising the "actions of the homeowner" who raced home to confront 30-year-old Jason Nichols with a shovel.
Authorities say that the homeowner's wife and child were inside when Nichols broke in. When Nichols was unable to break in through the front door, he broke in through a sliding glass door.
"The homeowner's husband, who was away at the time, observed the suspect through a home security camera and immediately returned to the residence," said police.
"As the suspect entered the home, the homeowner returned, armed himself with a shovel, and confronted Nichols."
"A physical altercation ensued, during which both the homeowner and Nichols sustained head injuries."
"We are grateful that the family is safe and commend our officers for their swift response in bringing this dangerous situation to a safe resolution."
The woman and child were reportedly unharmed.
@AutismCapital@CollinRugg American thoroughly confused when someone just doesn’t get immediately shot dead 😂 there are other outcomes in life. And yes, some people can actually defend themselves without guns 🥹
@malber@Dooch2009@TheAndyKatz Andy Katz is a notorious UConn hater that said UConn would be out in the 2nd round this year. His opinion is absolutely meaningless.
@Dooch2009 Fully healthy vs. fully healthy, it'd be a fantastic matchup, but UM has the edge, imo. They just don't have any holes in their game. @TheAndyKatz seems to agree and is probably less biased than you or me.
@aburks41@MarchMadnessMBB@TheAndyKatz You dont get the NBA version. You get the 2024 version, which was a 5th option type of guy. Hurley gives UConn more than a punchers chance, but UM clears in what would be the greatest game ever played.
