36 providers out of a possible 56 voted with the vote failing to reach quorum not having reached enough voters Several of those that did not vote had valid excuses like being completely defunct and inactive (yet somehow still holding vp) and others were away. But of the remainder that simply did not participate we can speculate any amount of reasoning behind rampant absenteeism. @KingKaranCrypto @xrpen15 We were divided internally on how to vote, so we abstained. There was not enough time to conduct our own thorough review in parallel with meeting our deadlines for other tasks.

@xrpen15 The fact that people delegate to those providers that don't even care about this proposal shows that people need to realize this that delegating means you vote for a validator besides the rewards you get.

Swaps have now been enabled for HLN/eQNT on Enosys DEX! Expect high volatility. $HLN in this LP has a 2x multiplier in future monthly DFLR/HLN airdrops.

$QNT can now be bridged from the Ethereum Network to the Flare Network via bridge.enosys.global! The initial daily limit is 400 QNT with a 1 QNT minimum to bridge on (1.5% fee) and a ~10 eQNT minimum to bridge off (3% fee) of Flare.

The $FLR/eQNT LP has been added to Enosys DEX with the associated Farm pool live on Enosys Farms. Swaps will be disabled for a short time to allow for initial liquidity to be added. $FLR provided to the LP will continue to receive delegation and #FlareDrops rewards.
