I’m pretty sure that when you hit a ball off the wall you shouldn’t get thrown out on a relay throw designed to go to home plate and redirected to second base by the second baseman! I wonder if standing at home plate and admiring it led to this? To make matters worse the @Nationals challenged the call at second! A real Manager would not have challenged the call and instead would have pulled his lazy ass from the game! @MLB players only do this 💩 because they are not being held accountable by their Managers! Triston Casas has shown himself to be immensely frustrating on multiple fronts in his time with the Red Sox but if you have ever actually watched him hit it's very obvious how the power and the eye are off the charts, as well as the relentless self-confidence. I am not sure there is a player in professional baseball who will benefit more from the ABS system. I so badly want this to be the season he becomes the player Dave Dombrowski saw when he drafted him.

This is on the Red Sox, but for all sports fans. What people don't realize is that a lot of owners are far more competitive over team business than they are over wins and losses. The peers they point and laugh at are the one who do bad deals, not necessarily ones who lose.
