@VirginAtlantic my holiday is as cancelled today due to the Heathrow closure. Virgin holidays have agreed to refund the holiday cost but how do we get a refund for the seat booking cost that we paid direct to yourselves please

@VirginAtlantic we have been advised of a flight change - to a flight we chose not to book in first place due to inconvenient time. Even though it was significantly cheaper. No mention of any part refund…..

@HighwaysWMIDS Whole island was gridlocked again Friday. I work near to the services so was trying to get out of Relay Drive. The traffic was queuing all around the services and back out onto to the motorway island

@EmiratesSupport I am genuinely shocked! You have changed my flight time to an inconvenient one for an upcoming trip. On checking my original flight hasn’t been cancelled. Indeed I can pay an extra charge to change in back to what I have already paid for. That’s disgusting!
