@vinted are you going to respond? You can’t say anything more on your ‘help and support’ page than check the t&cs. This issue goes beyond this. You’re clearly in breach of my rights.

@vinted please explain why you’re forcing me to return an item I bought, that is damaged and not as described, at my expense, before you’ll give me the refund (minus cost of postage)?! @TradeStandards you agree to terms in good faith. I don’t expect to be out of pocket for this!

@thelorryist Yes it’s an utter scam! I paid £300 for one (sold cladding affected flat to cash buyer at huge loss). Was told pack needed due to complexity of property. Pack was just copies of accounts! I believe the buyers’ solicitor also paid a fee to them!! They’ll force you to pay.

Learned about a new scam with house selling today: 'management packs'. Mostly a leasehold thing but also freehold if a management company is involved to 'manage' the estate grounds. They want £300 quid to release this 'pack' that informs buyers about the management company.

After 3 yrs of cladding hell, I finally sold. @LIVGroup continue to hound me with threat of legal action for unpaid service charge. I sold on 02.12.22. SC Paid up in full til 31.12.22. Shared new owners details and they have the address but yet they still chase me. @hilarybennmp

The re-mortgage offer we battled to secure for our B2 rated flat was due to complete today. It didn’t, due to reasons that I still can’t fathom. A thread on the day from hell (1/11)

@LeedsDock this is really alarming you’re letting people swim when there’s a thunderstorm!! May as well chuck a couple of electric heaters in the dock as well to keep people warm whilst they swim! Very dangerous

Swimmers going in Leeds dock in the middle of a thunder and lightning storm!! Apparently @bradfordcouncil think this is ok, according to the juniors you’ve got running the session! So dangerous! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve been down to warn them as they were utterly oblivious!

@LostInSW19 @UKFtweets Thank you! All the reasons I bought the flat still apply: great view, great location, nice apt, but due to serious failings along the line when it was built, and through no fault of our own I’ve (we’ve all) lost a serious amount of cash and even more in mental well-being.

Hearing from so many people who now forced to do this. @UKFtweets this is on you: your crazy lending criteria are single-handedly destroying the flat market. #EndOurCladdingScandal #mortgages

@HalifaxBank I’ve spoken to 4 people in your mortgage dept so far, over the course of 55 minutes, and counting, and not a single one of them knows about the #BuildingSafetyCrisis. Utterly disgraceful.

@GlennSeat How many fraudulent lift, roof and paint repair invoices are coming our way…which due to the way LH works, we’ll have to pay!

Know your rights. “Qualifying LHs should not pay outstanding invoices for historical building safety remediation costs that were issued prior to 28 June 2022. These leaseholders are now protected from all cladding-related building safety costs and most non-cladding costs. 1/3

@BorisJohnson how does it feel to have your world crumble around you? Not nice? Try living everyday in the #BuildingSafetyCrisis. And now you’ve sacked Gove! If you fix this mess NOW so the millions of us can move on with our lives, I’ll vote for you. Deal?

@MartinSLewis @ofgem I don’t think you need to apologise for speaking the truth and with passion. Maybe reflect on the delivery (not for me) but never be sorry for the brilliant work you do!

I'd like to formally apologise to the @ofgem staff for losing my rag in a background briefing just now and saying its changes are a "fucking disgrace that sells consumers down the river". I should've behaved better. My ire's institutional not individual, its was inappropriate...

@VirginMoney think it’s ok to charge a minimum payment of £25 on an interest free credit card balance, in these times! That’s unheard of! And they think it’s ok to hide behind vague terms! Absolute scammers
