The US fired 800+ Patriot missiles in the Iran war's first 4 days 😳 each costing $3M+, chasing $50K drones. Meanwhile Ukraine, using the same system, intercepts with ONE missile per target. It's insane how much it costs to be a homeowner nowadays. They are locked into rising insurance premiums (often $2k–$5k+/year nationally, way more in high-risk areas), property taxes, and maintenance. With renters the only thing they need is renter's insurance and that's like $20/mo.

@EricLDaugh I wish they fix lodging for those who travel to serve. Many cover travel expenses (flight, rental car, etc..) just to sleep in a tent on base because "there's no funding" for lodging. Then you see articles of millions spent on food because "if they don't use it they lose it".

It's a budget airline; you trade roomy seats for cheaper fares. If you don't fit in the seat, pay for a bigger one or fly AA. If you're flying with children under 10, pay to select your seats. I don't want to babysit your 5-year-old during the flight so you can save $20.

@StandUpForFact Flew with @SouthwestAir las night and it really sucks big time. This airline is so overrated. The "preferred" seats are garbage, no inflight entertainment, flight was delayed and on top of it it was super expensive. Honestly Frontier felt better overall and that's a big take.
