@CraigRGNDem @Justacarehomeg1 Sick of hospital staff not listening, not respecting, not understanding, not CARING ! It's the exception rather than the rule nowadays that they give a sh!t ! See the whole person, not the instant acute, the whole person !

@Justacarehomeg1 Hospital staff must see the person before treating the acute illness. Sadly, this is missed often. Understanding the individual is crucial for effective care. Validation and respect for personhood are often overlooked in the acute sector.

Recently a resident was transferred to hospital. Full written details of how to prevent distress were given on transfer. Evidently not looked at by nursing staff who reported that she was 'aggressive' all night. No, they were likely scared! Get to know people!
