@stowball @JamesSLock It allows some abstraction with colour names and sizing that allows for consistency at least. Good if you have a big development team. Apart from that 🤷 I'd personally prefer just to write the CSS

I think Tailwind shot itself in the foot early on with its custom, shorthand class name APIs because now for each new CSS feature, it has to invent something new. If they'd have literally just 1:1 mapped CSS properties, you'd get the benefit of atomic *and* knowing CSS

The other day, @DevRhiana gifted me this incredible book, "Fortunes in Formulas". Imagine a published form of wikiHow, dating from the early 1900s, except nobody uses metric. Strap in for a ride, because I'm going to be posting formulas for you to try at home.
