Easy. He’s rewarded by his white overlords for it. There have always been Justins in our community. We call them “shuck n jive” negroes. The liberal white man loves this. He claps and giggles and says “Aren’t they so fun?! They’re so passionate! So expressive. Just like in the movies!” And then that white man gives Justin some money and a pat on the back and invitations to the cocktail parties where he is one of just a few black people. There, they will be endlessly entertained by his speech (they talk so funny and loudly!), his Afro (I just love his hair. Can I touch it?), his rage (there’s something scary but fun about a black man pretending to be angry), his clothes (so many bright sashes!), his complaints (I’m such a good person for inviting this poor black man here and listening to his pain), his shuck and his jive (black people are so expressive!). They can tell each other stories about their new black friend at the classier parties he doesn’t get invited to. They can use him as an anecdote in their classroom lectures and dinner parties in the Hamptons with Jimmy Kimmel. They can feel good about their diverse group of friends. They can close their mansion gates at night feeling they’ve done their part to help the poors. Justin is on it and he’s yelling loudly and don’t we just love it when he starts dancing and shouting like he’s in one of those very animated black churches? That’s what Justin gets out of this. That’s what changed. He found approval. It’s all he’s ever wanted.

Here’s the deal: Abigail Spanberger, Don Scott, Louise Lucas and all their friends knowingly violated the Virginia Constitution. They purposefully violated clear constitutional procedures to deceive voters, capping off their master deception with ballot language meant to confuse everyone. They strongly argued for the VA Supreme Court to “wait” until after the referendum so their flood of money from national democrats could fund their brazen dishonesty and trick voters to “restore fairness”, and then claim “the will of the people” when the VA Supreme Court would undoubtedly strike down their unconstitutional attempt to disenfranchise millions of Virginians. It’s a disgusting disregard for Virginians, the Constitution and a flagrant violation of their oath of office.

Let’s be clear: If this standard applies in Virginia, it should apply in Florida too. Two different standards for democracy is not justice.

A few thoughts today on the racist mob that terrorized lawmakers inside the Tennessee State Capitol. The ring leader is a low-rent wannabe professional race agitator named State Rep. Justin Pearson. He's the guy who attacked state troopers. He told the white troopers to "move the f*** back BOY." He called them "stupid motherf******s." Pearson should face charges for inciting a riot, organizing a mob action against police and lawmakers and attacking state troopers. This MUST be done. An example must be set. We cannot allow mob rule in Tennessee. Second, lawmakers should immediately return to Nashville and begin the process of expelling Pearson from the House. Pearson is not there to serve his district. He's there to get nightly hits on CNN and PMS-NOW. He's putting staffers and lawmakers in danger with his violent rhetoric. Third, I want to personally thank @GovBillLee and the Republican-controlled legislature for doing the right thing today. And finally, God bless our law enforcement. They demonstrated grace under fire today - incredible self-restraint. They deserve our thanks. And Justin Pearson deserves to be run out of the Volunteer State.
