I’ll give it to you straight - this is a cold call. Mind if I tell you why I’m reaching out?

There's a roofer in my area and I see his fb ads each week. His tagline: 'Free gutters with a new roof' He's been doing this for years. Simple dumb offers win.

PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR P&L! I know outsourcing your books feels like the “CEO move.” But I’ve never met a single company big, small, or billion-dollar that didn’t get screwed by their bookkeeper at least once. Let me give you some real-life horror stories: 1. A few years ago, my bookkeeper “forgot” to book $600k in revenue from bill . Com We did an End-of-year audit, suddenly my company’s $600k light. I’m like: “Who didn’t pay us?” Turns out it was @CarlosCoronaJr But Carlos always pays on time, he’s one of the best. Carlos sent me the proof in two minutes. He’d switched from wires to bill . Com and the idiot bookkeeper decided to categorize that revenue differently / not at all and didn’t bother telling anyone. Result? I’m stuck paying taxes on an extra $600k. She was fired, but that didn’t fix the extra $210k the IRS sucked out of my pocket. This could have been avoided had I been paying better attention. 2. Fast forward to this month.. I’m looking at my P&L and something smells too good. Ad spend looks suspiciously light, like “I know I spend like a degenerate” light. Bookkeeper says it’s all good. I call bullshit. I spend 3 days in Excel hell cross referencing ad spend receipts, turns out they missed hundreds of transactions. $2-5k each from FB and Google. Was close to $1,000,000 off! Why? They missed a few credit cards like a basic, day one accounting fail. That “perfect” P&L was as real as a Tinder profile pic. Look, I could give you 20 more examples but these two are enough for you to realize one thing: No matter how “trustworthy” or “rockstar” your bookkeeper is, they will always mess something up. Sometimes it’s small. Sometimes it’s a six-figure tax torpedo. Either way, you’re the one who pays. Moral of the story: If you don’t check your P&L yourself, line by line, at least once a month, you deserve every surprise tax bill and every sleepless night that comes your way. Check. Your. P&L.

Fun announcement today - the AE Operating System is now live!! I spent over a year building six programs: 1) How to generate pipeline (the tactics we used to increase pipe gen by 142%) 2) How to run discovery (the approach we used to 2x our average deal size) 3) How to deliver value-based demos and compelling business cases (the value-based approach that increased revenue per rep by 40%+) 4) How to land a great job in tech (based on my observations hiring more than 100 AEs) 5) How to earn promotions (based on patterns seen in the 100+ individuals I’ve promoted) 6) How to accelerate all the above with AI I could have dripped each of these out over the course of a year, charging $97 - $197 for each. Instead, I put them into one package to create the AE Operating System. Six programs, each one individually is more valuable than any of my prior programs. And I’m offering them for the price of one. Well, technically I’m offering it for less than the price of one during launch week with a big discount for just the next few days. You can take advantage of launch price (this week only) at hitmyquota.com!
