Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh - In a shocking incident, Gargi Patel, District President of the Samajwadi Party’s Women’s Wing in Chandauli, was brutally assaulted inside her own residence by unidentified intruders.According to preliminary information, a group of men forcibly entered Gargi Patel’s house and attacked her. CCTV footage of the horrifying incident has surfaced, showing the female leader being dragged by her hair across the floor and mercilessly beaten by the assailants.Patel sustained severe injuries in the attack and was rushed to the district hospital, where she is currently undergoing treatment. Doctors have described her condition as critical.

So much outrage over ethanol blending As per latest survey, 1 in 2 petrol vehicles sold before 2023 seeing mileage drop. People are sharing videos showing damage to their vehicles. Yet, government is yet to take this seriously. What in the world is this kind of arrogance?

Scanning resolution cut. Robotic scanner requirement dropped. CMMI certification lowered from Level 5 to Level 3. Penalties for errors in answer sheets removed. TCS, India’s biggest IT services company, qualified in the third round too. TCS lost. COEMPT - a company with a spectacular track record of failure - won. And what are CBSE students complaining about today? Badly scanned answer sheets. Missing pages. A broken evaluation portal. Teachers had warned CBSE that the OSM system needed at least a year or two for further preparation before nationwide implementation, yet it was rushed through. So I ask again - who wanted COEMPT to win? Who lowered the bar, step by step, until this company could clear it? Pradhan ji and CBSE say “due process was followed.” That is not an answer, that is not accountability. The question is whether the contract was honestly awarded to the best company which could do the job correctly. The futures of 18.5 lakh children were handed to a company that could only qualify after the rules were bent for it. To the BJP Ministers attacking me for asking questions - I have, from day one, demanded an independent judicial probe. Expand it from CBSE to every contract awarded to COEMPT. Our youth deserve the truth. And Modi ji, your silence on the CBSE debacle and inaction against the Education Minister tells the country what you actually care about - not the futures of lakhs of students, only the survival of your own government.

I am a CBSE Class 12 student writing this with a shattered heart I cleared JEE Mains, scored Computer Science seats in VIT, SRM Main Campus & KIIT - I gave my everything. But CBSE's OSM blunder has destroyed my board percentage. No result, no future. I may have to drop a full year as a General category student with no safety net. My NEET friends who worked day and night saw their paper leaked - first denied by the system, then quietly accepted. And the real monster? Telegram. We teenagers know it too well. Private groups openly distribute exam papers, leaked questions, drugs, and every banned illegal thing in India. Drugs are sold like candy to teenagers easy delivery, no trace, hidden channels that even the government can't enter. While we fight for our future, our generation is being poisoned. I don't show my face on social media. I hate looking at myself. Because if relatives, neighbours or my parents' friends see me, they will whisper - "yeh wahi failed wala ladka hai", "uska beta itna mehnat karke bhi barbaad ho gaya". The shame, the judgement, the pain in my parents' eyes... I can't bear it. Opposition leaders, please raise this national tragedy strongly in Parliament. Demand grace marks for all affected students so we don't lose our lives to this OSM disaster. The government doesn't feel our pain... but you do.
