You're ignoring the beginning of Hungarian law where it says there is only one Hungarian state, the Jewish people are part of Ethnic group (like ethnic Hungarians) you can't compare it only to the religious part. Why people always like to dismiss the indigenous bond between Jews and Israel?

These people can never really explain how putting Hamas in charge of Israel would lead to a secular state with equal rights for all.

We understand it. We just reject the hidden premise you lot keep sneaking in: that morality needs a god to exist in the first place. Humans can reason about harm, fairness, consent and wellbeing without pretending slavery, genocide, and eternal torture become “moral” because a deity allegedly approved them.

@NurMushriqa @MaxNordau So to be clear. Neither of these countries have laws that restrict the right to self determination to a people based on religion or ethnicity. Hungary only mentions Christianity in its help building their nation. So neither of them has this law. You are simply wrong.

We recognise the role of Christianity in preserving nationhood.” Japan doesn’t have such explicit laws, but de facto, both Israel and Hungary provide more formal recognition of minority status (including cultural and collective rights), while Japan relies on bureaucracy to preserve national uniformity, without recognizing distinct peoples or granting them special status.

1. There is no such thing as Palestinians out of the Palestinian Authority, the Arabs in Israel are Israeli- before 1948 was British, so if they aren't British they aren't Fakensitians. 2. You didn't brought up one actual law which discriminated any group in Israel. Israel is the national home of the Jewish people (the only one in the world) but still everyone has equal rights- its not a Muslim country we don't make non Jewish pay Jizya. 3. Unapproved and undocumented settlements and houses in Israel are demolished by law, no matter if you're Jewish or not- this is what equality is about, you have tens of thousands of examples where Israeli law ordered to demolish Jewish property. The Bedouin had nomadic lifestyle, so their settlements were naturally undocumented- they are probably the group who got most of the land permits and construction for free so they will move into registrated areas- very unfair towards other populations in Israel like Jews, Christians and Druze. The Arab population in Israel many times has more right than Jews because of DEI, so if anything the discrimination in Israel is against jews.
