@putey_pute I have a bit of insight into this. NI changes costs were not passed on in full to local councils. Central gov’t funding cuts drive most of it. Huge social care problem is just around the corner for next year.

My neighbours boy is having another “mental episode”… it happens at least once a fortnight, an ambulance and 2 paramedics have been parked over my fucking drive for the last hour and 15 minutes 🤬.. I can imagine some poor old person laying in pain with a broken hip while this prick gets a “there there”.
