Yesod is the glue. And the connection of the before to the now. Yosef was the passing of the torch from the avos to Klal Yisroel. From family to nation. Moshe is Netzach (Victory). He could only bring that mida out through carrying Yosef’s bones out. Netzach is eternal. We can only have Torah Moshe, the bringing of mission forward (Torah) because we had the passing of the torch (Yosef) from Israel, to Egypt, to the midbar and back to Israel

Interesting thought. We call Torah, Toras Moshe. But Moshe doesn’t even appear in the first book and doesn’t even enter the Land of Israel. There is another character that actually binds all of the books of the Torah together. Yosef HaTzadik. His remains are explicitly mentioned in Joshua 24:32. I have a theory about the connection between Moshe and Yosef and Yosef as the binding of the Five Books, so to speak (6th, Yesod)—but curious if you may have thoughts?

There are still several checkmarks to cross before I can leave the Hospital. As soon as I leave, I will need daily nursing, spend a day at the dentist to get a few crowns, resume the 8-12 protein shakes per day, and look at the medical bills since April. i have no idea who is spencer pratt, but it appears that if you say anything remotely critical of him, hundreds of people pile into your replies. good tip if you're looking to make money. each tweet might earn you a couple of bucks, but repeat for a month and you have $$$

@dieworkwear has excellent fashion takes. I literally threw out my suits because he taught me that “tight suits” doesn’t necessarily look good. It’s way more admirable to continue to post about his takes without rage baiting off of people he doesn’t know much about. I just think he’s better than that. Really.

I actually hear this. Housing really has become brutal for a lot of people. I’m sorry you have to go through this. Really. At the same time, we can hold space for Pratt and others who are frustrated that their homes burned down. I don’t think rage baiting is the way to make an actual change. You do have a voice, especially here. Many (including me) value your fashion takes and would respect what you have to say outside of that world if you did it in a respectful manner. You don’t need to turn other people into villains for the point to land. Regardless, thank you for responding.

the housing collapse of 2008, self interested homeowners, political infighting, and complex political institutions have created a housing shortage, putting homeownership out of reach for many, including me. thus, i have to tweet slightly annoying things to ragebait people into commenting, thus putting me one step closer to owning a home in a walkable neighborhood.

@jacklanger As you well know, at least from the heimish perspective, it's got nothing to do with love and everything to do with keeping up a connection with the most powerful man in NY to help the Jewish community at large. This is not a foreign concept in Jewish history.

Nobody should be shooting innocent people in places of worship. What happened at the San Diego mosque was the ultimate act of cowardice. But not everyone there was a coward: this man gave his life to protect the innocent.
