After almost nine years at Riptide CrossFit in Fort Lauderdale, I am truly humbled and honored to have been given this legacy award. Sold PassFy .com @afternic via GD reg path in Feb of 25 for $19,999 over 12 months. At the time this was my highest sale regardless of LTO or BIN, and this was my first LTO as I just enabled LTO in Feb of 25. Max value at $20k imo, but priced it high to anchor, and it sold.....

My domaining business (gross sales) grew: 270% in 2022 61.70% in 2023 46.40% in 2024 and 25.17% in 2025 Is this normal? You may think I am happy with my 7 figure sales but the growth is giving me anxiety attacks lol is this normal growth for seasoned investors?

There are many ways to excel in domain investing; one is to focus on different niches and extensions. .vc is one of those niches. I started investing in .vc domains back in 2020 after seeing early wins shared by Jason Sheppard (RIP). What stood out wasn’t the hype; I quickly realized the buyer profile made sense after seeing a staggering number of venture capital firms actually using a .vc domain for their site. Since then, my portfolio has remained relatively consistent at around ~75 .vc domains, and I buy and sell a couple every year. This year alone, I sold 3 of them: Velvet.vc, Pathfinder.vc, and Snow.vc That’s a strong STR for a niche extension, and I believe the key to achieving something similar with .vc is understanding the buyer profile. VCs look for short, potent brand names that resonate with founders and tech audiences. Pricing-wise, I’ve found the sweet spot to be around $5,000. High enough to signal quality, low enough to move without much friction.

💖 In Loving Memory of My Beautiful Mom, Anita On October 30th, my mom went home to be with the Lord. 🕊️ She is now at peace in heaven and reunited with my dad, the love of her life. She was a shining light to everyone who knew her. She lived with grace, strength, class and endless joy. Her faith in God never wavered, and her kindness touched so many hearts. 💫 My mom taught me countless valuable lessons throughout my life and loved me through thick and thin. Whether it was giving me tough love to learn the hard way or simply sharing her wisdom, she never faulted in loving me unconditionally. From home cooked meals in her Italian kitchen, to sacrificing her needs to meet her children’s desires, to being the extra watchful eye to protect her kids, she always went the extra mile to ensure her children were loved. I am forever thankful for all my mom showed me in life, still is teaching me in her memory, and how she found the strength to do it all. She was an incredible role model and an unbelievable example of what a wife should be to her husband. It breaks my heart to know she is gone on this earth, but I have comfort in knowing she is safe with my dad in heaven and I will see her again.
