Canada’s path forward must be clear: strengthen sovereignty in all dimensions—economic, strategic, and policy independence. Reduce over-reliance on any single partner. Expand engagement with China, India, Japan, Korea, ASEAN, and partners across the globe. Sovereignty is not protected by narrow definitions of risk—but by balance, consistency, and true independence.
