@newschambers When PH talks to a case there are 2 questions; where was the source & who might they have passed it on to? They are not independent of each other. It's called investigation & control of infectious diseases. Embedded in legislation for eons. Talk to Public Health @roinnslainte

It’s shoe-leather epidemiology, disease detective work, comprehensive & interagency, responsive to community needs. Need supporting structure, but at it’s heart OB response is about trust & relationships. Can’t automate this.
