I woke up, prayed fajr & went for a 15km run. I was feeling a bit hungry afterwards so I had some breakfast. Food was easy to come by & I didn't think twice about it. But far too many in this world are unable to relieve the pangs of hunger because they don't have access to food.

To meet the huge needs in Gaza, @ICRC @IFRC @unicef @WFP @WHO & others have mobilized both staff and life-saving supplies. @EG_Red_Crescent are ready to deliver supplies to @PalestineRCS when access becomes available. We call on all parties to grant safe humanitarian access.
