We are witnessing loss of civilian life at a scale we have not seen in the modern history of Israel and Palestine. Leaders should rise to the moment and act to prevent further mass atrocities before it’s far too late. trib.al/IjvwLkT

We reiterate our call for restraint and respect for international humanitarian law. Governments around the world must condemn this loss of civilian life and work to ensure all humanitarian needs are met. (2/2) bma.org.uk/news-and-opini…

I woke up, prayed fajr & went for a 15km run. I was feeling a bit hungry afterwards so I had some breakfast. Food was easy to come by & I didn't think twice about it. But far too many in this world are unable to relieve the pangs of hunger because they don't have access to food.

Good morning from sunny London, Ontario! Dressed in red, I think I’m turning Canadian already! In my #walkformentalhealth series I discuss how instead of wanting more, making the most out of what we have already can be beneficial for our emotional wellbeing. Have an amazing day!
