Projects are F****d There are fewer and fewer moats as time goes on. The ones that are still around have been the strongest moats throughout time. Distribution A human touch Knowledge - ChatGPT can't totally wipe this out. Not yet, at least. Distribution Being able to capture attention is one of the lowest barriers to entry and highest EV+ things you can do to create a moat. You establish your message, brand, and product to an insane number of people extremely quickly. If you can build a funnel for value capture and have any kind of offer, you can likely create revenue from this. If you're talented at community, then you can keep this going for a while. If you're a talented growth marketer, you can extract tons of content and find distribution opportunities from existing channels to continue to build an audience inside your owned channel. A human touch Treating people with respect and acknowledging them is a sure way to create a loyal community member and customer. Show you care and do real things that actually push the needle for them. In a world where AI content dominates the internet, where everyone spends their time. A thoughtful person who cares about you will always show through. Knowledge This one is tricky. Many people still think LLMs can completely close the gap. This is not true, at least not now and not in a short amount of time. AI is very good at providing information in the context of what you asked for. You could ask for a crash course in something, but it likely won't be able to serve the nuances and unexpected curve balls that you would see on the job. If you are going out of your way to learn and try new things, then you will acquire infinitely more context than people who are constantly prompting away. Constantly trying to learn back and forth from an LLM is like constantly trying to iterate on your thoughts with yourself. Though you may have more raw data to go off of, it does not equate to being able to execute first principles. At least not yet. Did I miss anything?

Ecom owners, take this (free) and keep it forever. I just bundled together some of the most valuable CRO, A/B testing, and ecom resources we’ve ever shared. Built from 4,000+ experiments, €500M+ in attributed revenue impact, and years of breaking down what actually works across top DTC brands. No theory. No recycled advice. Just frameworks, breakdowns, tests, and systems that drive revenue. I genuinely think there’s at least one resource in here worth six figures to the right business. Here’s what’s inside: Funnel Breakdowns & Brand Analysis: ↳ Nike x Skims x Salomon Funnel Breakdown ↳ Booking.com Funnel Breakdown ↳ Momentous Funnel Breakdown ↳ Lacoste & Tommy Hilfiger Funnel Breakdown ↳ Salomon, Hoka, Nike & Adidas Funnel Breakdowns ↳ Peloton vs Oura Funnel Breakdown ↳ July Luggage Funnel Breakdown CRO, Testing & Revenue Psychology: ↳ The Psychology of Pricing ↳ 50+ AOV & Cart Abandonment Test Ideas ↳ 45 Tests (€7.8M+ in A/B test Wins) ↳ 12+ Top Winner Tests from Snocks ↳ 9 Cart Tests That Generated €2,260,654+ in Revenue ↳ “How We Run 50+ Tests Per Month” ↳ 5 E-commerce CRO Case Studies ↳ A/B Test Calculator by Drip AI, Systems & Workflow Resources: ↳ Claude vs Cursor vs n8n ↳ Claude Projects Setup for Ecom Teams ↳ Analytics & CRO Tools Bundle by Drip Bundles & Playbooks: ↳ Ecom Essentials Bundle This isn’t just “free content.” It’s the exact thinking behind brands scaling faster without increasing ad spend. Holy shit. I just saw someone in a coffee shop writing hand written code. No AI agents. He was typing into the editor directly. I almost wanted to go up to him and ask him why.

Wow, I had no idea there was such tension. Kind of hilarious that they have anxiety about cultural capital, and so they just try to buy it instead of learning enough to be good at it. With this mindset, I don't see how they could ever acquire cultural capital except perhaps off the back of a brand. But that wouldn't be enough. Such a well written article.

i'm leaving crypto... 3+ years in, i have worked with layer 1s, layer 2s, infra, VCs, accelerators. i fell in love with crypto for what it enabled for finance. ~ stablecoins making cross border payments instant ~ real assets moving onchain at $20b + tvl ~ atomic settlement collapsing t+2 into t+0 ~ onchain prediction markets and trading ~ blockchain infra making tradfi cheaper and faster still do. that's the real stuff, the side building the new financial system what i'm leaving is the other half. ~ $3.4b stolen in 2025. the worst year on record. ~ 18 of the top 20 chains from last year are functionally dead ~ memecoins ate themselves once retail realized it was insiders sniping insiders ~ "narrative" as a substitute for product ~ launching a token to rug the people who believed ~ circle jerking capital from one fund to another the crypto job market is brutal right now, only utility driven projects are getting funded. as it should be. so i'm not leaving blockchain, i'm leaving the casino. what i'm staying close to is the boring side. institutional asset tokenization, stablecoin payments, atomic settlement, neobanks built on onchain systems, and the handful of trading and prediction markets actually solving real problems i've been deep into building ai workflows and experimenting with ai for the last 4 months, building, testing and shipping, going all in now. more on this soon upwards and onwards!

Company Brain @t_blom Every company has critical know-how scattered across people's heads, old Slack threads, support tickets, and databases, and AI agents can't operate like that. We think every company in the world is going to need a new primitive: a living map of how the company works that turns its own artifacts into an executable skills file for AI.

TikTok has 1.9 billion MAU. X has 611 million. Nubank just hired TikTok's former Global Head of Creators as their Global Marketing Director. The world's largest neobank just told you exactly where its next 100 million customers are coming from. Here is what big neobanks don’t want you to know ⬇️
