I spoke to an incarcerated woman today who told me how a fully intact trans-identified male was put into her cell and proceeded to grope her repeatedly while she was sleeping. She woke up and found him doing this, reported it, and the prison staff did nothing about it./1

I’m disappointed by today’s ruling in Female Athletes United (FAU) v. Ellison. @ADFLegal had asked the 8th Circuit to protect women’s Title IX rights by requiring Minnesota to keep male athletes out of women’s sports. The FAU case shouldn’t be confused with the two major cases currently pending before the Supreme Court. While those cases will decide whether states like West Virginia and Idaho MAY protect women’s sports, FAU asks whether states like Minnesota MUST protect women’s sports. It’s the next vital step to protect fairness for all women. And the answer to its central question should be a resounding “YES.” Title IX was designed and passed to give women equal opportunities. Allowing men into women’s sports destroys those opportunities. But today, the 8th Circuit said that even if Minnesota’s policies violate Title IX, our female athlete clients cannot hold the state accountable—at least not now. We respectfully disagree. Not allowing women to enforce their Title IX rights denies them equal opportunities, upends basic fairness, and even threatens safety. Men will always have physical advantages over women. That’s why women’s sports exist. And that’s also why we won’t stop fighting. Remember: the American public—and reality—are on our side. While today’s ruling is a setback for women in Minnesota and other blue states, this was only an initial ruling that did not resolve the case. ADF is considering our options in the FAU case, and we also support the Trump administration’s recent Title IX lawsuit against Minnesota. It’s always wrong for a man to take a woman’s trophy—whether it’s in Minnesota or West Virginia. Biology doesn’t depend on state lines. Fairness shouldn’t either. This is a fight we can and must win.

Nobody is trans. Trans identities are maladaptive coping strategies that people adopt to escape pain. The identities are not real. They are disorders of assumption—patterns of flawed thinking caused by starting with incorrect or unexamined beliefs. They then become reinforced through rumination, sub-culture, and social and medical affirmation. The core belief—that one’s psychological gender does not match one’s biological sex—does not match physical reality; it’s an utterly bonkers assertion. Nevertheless, people have convinced themselves it’s true. Trans identities are self-generated conditions. They are created from trying to flee internalized homophobia, trauma, emotional pain, autism-related rigidities, identity cries, or social anxiety. Excessive rumination then leads to cognitive dissonance (gender dysphoria) causing the person to undertake harmful behaviours, such as the pathological desire to change one’s body. A lot of people could be helped if they understood how their minds work. Instead our society, and the medical establishment, is making matters worse by affirming nonsense. This only serves to harden the patient’s psychosis. The whole affair is sad and tragic. It is also an indictment of our medical establishment which continuously carries out scandals.

I am a woman from Iran. Let me tell you honestly how women like me see politicians like you in America, women who speak about freedom from the safety of Congress while sympathizing with our killers under Islamic regimes. You stand next to the American flag, speaking about freedom. Now you launch campaigns saying, “No War With Iran.” Now I want to introduce you to a brave Iranian woman who understood America better than you ever will. Her name is Sara Saeidi. Born and raised in Iran. 39 years old. A mother of two daughters, 19 and 6. She was shot in the head for the “crime” of peacefully protesting while wearing a sweatshirt that said MANHATTAN, with the American flag beneath it. While you stood in Congress under that flag, she carried its name on her chest, not as symbolism for a photo opportunity but as a dream. Three days after she was killed, her body was returned to her family only after threats and money were taken from them. They were banned from holding a proper funeral. Authorities falsified the circumstances of her death. That is the regime you refuse to confront clearly. She wanted the freedom Manhattan represents, the freedom to live without fear, without morality police, without a bullet in her head. The same freedom protected by the Constitution you swore to uphold. You speak of “No War With Iran,” but you refuse to condemn the war being waged against us, the Iranian people, by the Islamic Republic. More than 30,000 unarmed civilians have been killed. Women blinded. Teenagers hanged. Mothers executed. When American lawmakers like you reduce this reality to a partisan talking point, you do the regime’s work for it. Dictatorships thrive when moral clarity disappears and when lawmakers choose ambiguity instead of standing firmly with victims. You call yourself anti war. But where is your condemnation of the regime’s massacre? Where is your outrage at its war against its own people? You are anti-Iranian women.💔 Peace without justice is surrender. Your hatred of President Trump appears stronger than your love for America, stronger than your love for Manhattan, for freedom, for women’s rights. That is why you sound sympathetic to the Islamic Republic while remaining silent about women like Sara, like me, and like millions of Iranians who are victims of this barbaric regime. You celebrating hijab day in Manhattan in beautiful New York and watching women get killed in Iran for not wearing hijab. I dare you to share the picture of Sara, and say no to the war being wage by Islamist terrorist on us, Iranians.

To you, Zohran Mamdani! You stayed quiet when we have faced massacre, when Islamic Republic assassins were sent here in New York to kill us, stay quiet now! STOP lecturing us Iranians about peace. I don’t feel safe in New York listening to someone like you, Mamdani, who sympathizes with the regime that killed more than 30,000 unarmed Iranians in less than 24 hours. You talk about “safety” of this beautiful city? Listen carefully; Safety without justice means nothing. We Iranians do not allow you to lecture us about war while you had nothing to say when the Islamic Republic shot schoolgirls and blinded more than 10,000 innocent people in the streets. You were busy celebrating the hijab while women of my beloved country Iran were jailed and raped by Islamic Security forces for removing it. And NOW you find your voice to defend the regime? No. I will not let you claim the moral high ground. The people of Iran want to be free. Where were you when they needed solidarity? New York belongs to people who stand against terrorism not those who excuse it. This city is stronger than fear. Stronger than propaganda. Stronger than you think.
Mayor Zohran Kwame Mamdani@NYCMayor

Today’s military strikes on Iran — carried out by the United States and Israel — mark a catastrophic escalation in an illegal war of aggression. Bombing cities. Killing civilians. Opening a new theater of war.  Americans do not want this. They do not want another war in pursuit of regime change. They want relief from the affordability crisis. They want peace. I am focused on making sure that every New Yorker is safe. I have been in contact with our Police Commissioner and emergency management officials. We are taking proactive steps, including increasing coordination across agencies and enhancing patrols of sensitive locations out of an abundance of caution. Additionally, I want to speak directly to Iranian New Yorkers: you are part of the fabric of this city — you are our neighbors, small business owners, students, artists, workers, and community leaders. You will be safe here.

The real story which should reach every human being. During 482 days of captivity, Hamas terrorists in Gaza subjected her to sexual abuse almost every day. They broke her ribs and kept her starving. She tried to take her own life three times while being held in Gaza, simply because she was Jewish. “I tried to end it three times,” Arbel says. “I felt like I couldn’t go on. There were moments when I thought that was the only way out.” The ordeal of Israeli woman hostage Arbel Yahoud is horrifying. She is truly an extraordinarily brave woman. After surviving 482 days in hell, when she returned, she asked how long it would take before she could fight again. “I want to fight for Israel. I want to repay my debt to Israel.” Salute to the brave lady. She is an inspiration for millions of peace loving people who are fighting against radical islamic terrorism.

A reckoning is coming for the health professionals who have practiced “gender affirming care “. Not only do we want to see justice for our children who have been harmed against our wishes, we also want justice for the harm done to our families, including the distress caused to parents, siblings. grandparents, cousins, uncles & aunts. No family should have experienced the wholesale betrayal by society to such an abandonment of rationality & a demonisation of loving parents who only wanted to protect their children from harm. Accountability is paramount for healing & for justice.

So i just checked to see if the Seattle Times might cover a story about -a boy pretending to be a girl wrestler in Puyallup - An athletic association that kept the fact he was a boy secret from his female wrestler opponent -An accusation that he sexually assaulted that girl -A school that failed to report the assault claim to the police for two whole months -An open investigation by the Federal DOE for title IX violations in the case -All in the middle of a legislature absolutely refusing to have a hearing about an initiative to the legislature that would prevent boys from being in girls sports in the first place Nope…. Thankfully they did find time and space to cover a couple banned for life from playing pickeball in Florida. And did i hear they were down in Olympia begging for WA state taxpayer dollars to save their wretched rag?

Today, we filed an amicus brief to support Petitioners in IPEC v. Ferguson who are challenging Washington State’s laws that permit a child age 13 and older to runaway to a “shelter” so long as the child is seeking “gender affirming care.” Washington’s Depart. of Child & Family Services will be called but NOT the parents. This CPS agency will then determine if the child is safe if his parents don’t affirm the trans identity or consent to sex-rejecting interventions. “Trans” your kid or lose custody is a really happening. @elonmusk @JanJekielek @DC_Draino @BrandiKruse @megynkelly supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/25/2…

In the video, you can see a female wrestler grimace in shock and chagrin as her male opponent sticks his fingers into her vagina. Several things happened here: -- Washington State allowed a boy to wrestle a girl in defiance of federal policy -- The boy sexually assaulted a female opponent in defiance of criminal law -- The school ignored the victim's report of her sexual assault for weeks, in defiance of its duty to victims of sexual assault. The Trump Administration's Department of Education is stepping in to investigate -- only because her school failed in its duty to her. x.com/libsoftiktok/s…

IMPORTANT from inside Iran: 50 unidentified female bodies were found in Kahrizak, Tehran. Some sources say that several of the women were found naked. This is a message of terror directed at women. In recent days, the world has been flooded with videos of dead men in the streets. But where are the videos of the women? The regime tightly controls images of female victims. Families are silenced. Phones are confiscated. Sources inside Iran are telling me that women detainees are facing sexual violence. We are struggling to verify details because this regime hides its crimes behind prison walls and mass graves. #IranMassacre

ROAR Women NYC 💛🤍💜@RoarWomenNYC

Any organization that wants to speak on behalf of women (talking to you, European Parliament) must recognize that the category of people who are female deserve their own advocacy groups based on issues they experience that are unique to their sex. Allowing a subset of men to redefine the word "woman" based on their external impression of what it means to be a "woman" is a male supremacist position. It claims that not only do people who are not and will never be female possess an epistemic understanding of the female experience so strong that it warrants a redefinition of what "female" means, but that the naming rights of women, a sex category, belong to men. At the same time, it erases all legitimate advocacy for women and girls. It is possible to care about achieving beneficial outcomes for multiple groups, but, at the end of the day, the job of a women's rights advocate is to ensure that the needs of women and girls as stakeholders is properly considered in the decision-making process. There are frequent instances where the demands of men laying claim to the notion of womanhood threaten the safety and dignity of women and girls. Allowing men to self-identify into women's prison centers leads to women being assaulted and raped by people who are bigger, stronger, and criminally violent. Allowing men to participate in women's sports leads to their categorical advantage placing them on the podium even when their training does not make them competitive in the men's division. Allowing single-sex intimate facilities to be sex-neutral leads to women and girls excluding themselves from those services out of discomfort. In each of these instances, what is best for the set of people who are female conflicts with what the set of male people who want to be treated "as women" are asking for. It would be one thing if representatives and organizations with similar levels of power were able to discuss this on behalf of the stakeholders they represent. But no, acknowledging that the set of people who are female exists is reframed as "exclusion" or "bigotry," killing off any chance of women and girls being fairly represented in these discussions by means of a linguistic sleight of hand that erases them from policy. If you redefine "woman" to include men, you are not a women's advocacy group. You are male supremacists, and are ensuring any "progress" made in women's rights advocacy contains a newspeak loophole that benefits men and only men.
