I can’t believe how @LeShuttle terms and conditions have change, can’t amend even if your happy to pay for an amendment for a day trip, you cant cancel and rebook without losing the entire fee. As per normal companies just grabbing more money anyway they can.

My @BMW_UK X1 finally had a software update and like many @bimmerpost was hoping this would sort a few things but beware the OTA i9 software update failed, the car now will not start, showing up multiple major false errors. Again showing i9 software was just not ready..

Does anyone else’s have I9 software issues @BMW_UK my augmented view is non existent on my X1 and the digital premium subscription which this is a part of is about as useful as a chocolate tea pot. Is I9 (only UK) a beta for the UK 🇬🇧 Guinea pigs

@BMW_UK Tried that several times and no one seems to know the answer also had the car in at BMW Woolwich good customer service but again they could not explain it so they have raised it as well. BMW must know which leaves me to believe they just do not want to divulge the answer.

Had a problem after @ThreeUKSupport migrated their system to individual accounts for each number. Now I can’t access my account and all I get from three is that I need to change my email address due to their account migration calamity.

When you @Morrisons cancel a delivery without any sort of message to say it’s been cancelled and someone emails you to complain maybe a simple sorry would be better than quoting Morrisons law book T&Cs 5.1 and 7.6 your a supermarket not Burke’s Law 🤣

@qatarairways How hard is it 2 just compensate economy passengers with a complimentary meal voucher 4 long layover flights, how do expect passengers to cope with a 13 hrs plus layover without food or even water. This is my 1st time flying Qatar Airways, i don't think I will be do so ever agai

Had flights with @qatarairways to which one was severely delayed and the whole journey was a quite a poor all round experience. I Emailed customer service nearly a month ago to air my frustration and as yet not one reply.

Queued at Covent Garden for 13hrs for the #swatch x Omega watch only for the shop to close due to trouble makers. To add insult some of the people who caused the issue got in. Swatch if your going to do a launch do it right.

Taking off soon to add insult to injury just been informed by the pilot @British_Airways that they were waiting on a generator part that should of been delivered this morning from Heathrow to Gatwick so this could all of been avoided.

So been looking forward to my holiday if a lifetime. Only to already fall at all the first hurdle do to a @British_Airways flight being delayed which will mean we will miss the connecting flights so on and so forth. Great BA work as normal you excel in being poor.

so went to book my track day @trackdays now that Covid is relaxed but... if you haven’t gone to the website and then called them to extend your voucher it becomes void. Amazing customer service as in no customer service email us or we will keep you money.
