@Uber_Support today my restaurant received an order on ubereats. My business is on postmates. We were sent a tablet without requesting one and I didn’t know we were even available on uber until a customer placed an order. Is this standard ubereats onboarding procedure? Confused.

@Postmates had a postmate come into our shop without a mask. When asked to put one on he called our batista a fat b*tch and told her to suck his d*ck. What will postmates do? Will not continue service until we know!

@NYCMayor @NY1 we’re a small bakery in Brooklyn. Clarity needed from our elected officials on which businesses can operate and in what capacity. I want to do everything I can to curb the spread of this virus. NYC restaurants need answers now!

We need our elected officials to communicate clearly NOW! Should restaurants prepare for full closure? I don’t think bars, restaurants, or my shop qualify as “essential” but we have remained open with altered business. Tell us what is happening!!!

@NYCMayor what is being done for small businesses? How many are struggling to stay open so they do not need to lay off employees? Where is the relief so all people can be protected and do the right and responsible thing? Rent relief and REAL safety measures now!!!

@AOC What do restaurant and bar owners do? Some people can work from home. Many employees can only work their jobs AT their jobs, and the businesses that pay them can ONLY pay them if they remain open for business. We need immediate attention from our leaders. Relief and a plan!!!!

To everyone in NYC but ESPECIALLY healthy people & people under 40 (bc from what I’m observing that’s who needs to hear this again): PLEASE stop crowding bars, restaurants, and public spaces right now. Eat your meals at home. If you are healthy, you could be spreading COVID.
