Every time someone complains that your software project is late, remember that the ASCII character set was in development for 3800 years, starting with the Canaanites.

There certainly was a bubble last year, but perhaps not before that. Hard to say. But definitely "misaligned", though, as the IMF says, and as I've written and broadcast many times.

@AlanKohler Tell us again there is no Australian Housing Bubble - the International Monetary Fund said Australia’s property and rental markets are some of the most “misaligned” in the developed world. watoday.com.au/politics/feder…

Kinda funny how we have a state election close to Halloween. Walking the streets and you see spiders, ghosts and monsters next to posters for your local MP.

An Application Development/Execution Platform for the Rest of Us This is about engaging almost everybody in the process of building real-world applications. It develops the rationale for, and will end with, a product concept. 0:1/2

@ArvindHarinder @alirobe Is the ability to query AD group membership something on the roadmap? I'd be super keen to beta test.

@DunkhamHam @alirobe Hey we don't support querying groups to determine what attributes to provision, with the exception of appRoleAssignments. Feel free to DM me.

Hey @ArvindHarinder, can I DM you about Azure Provisioning - want to see if AD group membership lookup can be in the attribute mapping as an expression? @alirobe FYI

Curious why people keep insisting that Scrum is an Agile framework when the word "Agile" (or agile—lower case—or agility, or flexible, &c.) appears nowhere in the Scrum Guide. I have to assume that's deliberate.

Been surfing systems-thinking stuff. Shocked at how often organisations are described as complex systems. Organisations are invented by humankind. They are not complex systems, they are unnecessarily complicated. We create the complications and kid ourselves they are complex.

@ajblain @BrandDNA I think it also highlights how companies big and small are failing to take on the juniors, poaching talent pools from developing nations deprives those economies too.

I'm reading 'ask your developer' by @jeffiel and worry that perhaps all the arguments seem sound because of confirmation bias, it seems so obvious to me.

The term "hybrid work" is still poorly defined, says @rajivayyangar. But since it will inevitably be part of our future, we need a deeper understanding of its benefits and challenges. future.a16z.com/hybrid-anxiety…
