@jshmuel Lack of financial literacy? Investments by definition have risk which goes up based on return. Leverage just increases the risk. This should be basic stuff for people to understand. Roll the dice, you lose sometimes. And it hurts!

How are we still writing sob stories about people who took on risk, bought an investment condo, and are now whining for a government bailout because they cant close? Reporters, please be more critical of these sorts. Families couldn’t afford to buy homes because people like the “investor” in this story were purely profit motivated. The #BlueJays will now display their two World Series trophies with other memorabilia from their playoff teams in the right-field concourse, open to all fans. They’ve really done a great job with this, spread along the 100 Level.

@rocketoperator @TTChelps I’m not sure anyone in a wheelchair cares. Loved the LRT today but too many broken down elevators in system for people with disabilities. I’m lucky enough to not have an issue.

@jshmuel I did 11.3 KM Wednesday. The winter is more of a challenge but I think you burn more energy because pavement is uneven from snow. Good to set that minimum. Consistency is everything. My minimum is 10,000 steps.

@DustyWallet You’re beating me, but I go for at least a 45 minute walk every evening. Plus I catch up on my podcasts.
