@FlySWISS This was originally handled by Lufthansa, that’s why the case was filed there. This is regarding lost luggage reimbursement. The case was transferred over by Lufthansa to Swiss as per attached email, but no new case number was provided. Originally filed January, tranfered in May

2. In rows 20 and 21 (first 2 rows in premium) HOW is it possible there is NO choice anymore on row 21? How can you run out after just one row? Do you treat Economy better than the Plus cabin that pays more than double the fares?

I have 2 complaints:
1. How is it possible they start with dinner service without picking up all the cans and glasses from drinks service. My tray table is full and they dump the food on top. FA just scoffs when I say something about it.
@HiltonHonors very disappointed Diamond member here. Staying at DoubleT Times Square W in NYC and hotel bar Is closed for the second day of our stay already… lovely to give us the Diamond credit but very hard to spend when the bar keeps closing for private events :’(
