Being coachable means you are willing to consider feedback even if you don't like what you hear. It means resisting the urge to make excuses or get defensive when challenged. Getting better is more important than your ego. You'd rather get it right than be right!!

The road to success is always under construction. Champions don't focus on competing with an opponent. Champions compete to be better today than they were yesterday. There is a need to improve in defeat or victory-even in the smallest way. Nothing to prove-a lot to accomplish.
