#FIFAWorldCup and exchange programs bring the world together through sport. While visiting LA as part of the Sports Visitor Program, these Nigerien soccer players were given the opportunity to cheer on the @USMNT vs. Türkiye, sharing that the experience was "like a dream!"

To mark #Freedom250, @StateDept and @AngelStudiosInc are bringing international audiences the story of a young George Washington as he became the man who’d lead the American Revolution. We’re teaming up for special screenings of #YoungWashington around the world.

Last week @DeputySecState Landau and I welcomed nearly 200 international professionals participating in @ECAatState’s IVLP Freedom 250 Initiative to the Donald J. Trump Institute of Peace. In celebration of 250 years of American independence, they’ll visit 60+ communities across the United States, witnessing the greatness of our country firsthand.

@StateDept and @UFC have joined forces to put MMA’s massive popularity to work for American diplomacy. UFC athletes and coaches will serve as sports ambassadors through the Department of State’s Sports Envoy program, which will include leading training clinics for young international athletes. @ECAatState is grateful for the partnership with the UFC.  The United States is open for business, and we look forward to connecting audiences through sport. 🇺🇸

This training by the interagency Cultural Antiquities Task Force reinforces U.S. leadership in protecting cultural heritage in Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, and Morocco. We remain committed to the rule of law and safeguarding our shared history.

Illicit trafficking of antiquities funds criminal networks. By training frontline officers to spot these risks, we’re keeping looted goods out of the U.S. market and helping keep our borders strong against crime.

Strengthening border security is a top U.S. priority. @Smithsonian and @StateDept’s Cultural Heritage Center recently led two law enforcement trainings for 300+ @CBP, @ICEgov, and @FBI officers to curb the illicit trafficking of antiquities from North Africa into the U.S.
