@JPDCLofficial @ED3JPDCL Nobody has attempted to resolve the problem. It's strange that Electricity department does not have even a single power meter. My solar energy genrated is not being substracted from the bill. Why should I pay extra bill?

@JPDCLofficial I have filed the online complaint for replacement of the 3-Phase smart meter on August 29, 2025. Again submitted the complaint offline to Janipur office of JKPDD. However, even after >2 months, there is no addressing the problem. My cosumer ID is 0103020019575.

No electricity in Roop Nagar (RN-1 feeder line), Jammu since 2 PM, it’s 8 PM now. The rest of the area has power, but RN-1 is dead. Called the JE at 6 PM, and instead of help, got arrogance and zero accountability. @pddjkofficial, @ED3JPDCL #Jammu #Diwali2025
