@JPDCLofficial @ED3JPDCL Nobody has attempted to resolve the problem. It's strange that Electricity department does not have even a single power meter. My solar energy genrated is not being substracted from the bill. Why should I pay extra bill?

@JPDCLofficial I have filed the online complaint for replacement of the 3-Phase smart meter on August 29, 2025. Again submitted the complaint offline to Janipur office of JKPDD. However, even after >2 months, there is no addressing the problem. My cosumer ID is 0103020019575.

However when problem was solved ,meter starts working normally and bill of the office was generated with average units during non communication time.
