500-700 UG students of @CUSrinagar are complaining that they are being deprived of their right to seek admission in different PG courses of @UoKashmir in 2024 for the reason that Cluster University Srinagar has not been able to conduct their BA/BSc/B Com final semester exams and has not declared their results alongside the datelines of the University of Kashmir in 2024. The University of Kashmir entertained their forms for the Entrance Test on a provisional basis after receiving a fee of ₹700 from each candidate. While the final semester graduation exams at Cluster University Srinagar are still in progress and the results are not expected even in the next 15-20 days, the University of Kashmir called for forms for Admission to PG courses. August the 10th was fixed as the last date for submission of forms online which expired today. Since the system was unable to receive forms without the admission details regarding Graduation exams which are not available till date, none of the 500-700 candidates was able to submit his/her form for admission in the University of Kashmir. The aggrieved candidates say that because of this lapse of the University, they have lost the fee of ₹700 each candidate and will be losing one full academic year if the University of Kashmir does not extend the last date by 15-20 days and if the Cluster University Srinagar does not declare their Graduation results in this period. @OfficeOfLGJandK @Hr_Educationjk

This feeder experienced 5 trippings & remained OFF for 85 mins in toto today for various reasons. Inconvenience caused is highly regretted..!!
