@iowrunningmum @EE But when this sort of thing happened to me when I worked there, if they said X, and there was a call on the date they said and what they said was credible (I.e. not saying you were offered free BB for life), I’d believe the customer.

How do I prove to @EE that we contacted them back in Nov to give notice as moved house.They’re saying we didn’t give notice,now being chased by CRS for £338, credit rating gone, mortgage app failed…. Written to EE who say are ‘investigating’ &will let us know by 23/7 😡

@FedExHelpEU is there a UK based help for FedEx… had parcel delivered, go gps location but guess what.. no parcel despite leaving every conceivable instruction for the driver

@NespressoUK every damn time… put in huge order then next day there is an offer… if you know there is an offer the next day why or why don’t you mention it at time of ordering

@red_ferries …. NHS very rarely send out actual letters any more but you insist on seeing said letter to qualify for discounts ferry travel to the appointment…..
