In answer to your eloquent response... maybe because people are STILL paying back bounce back loans that 90% of the population didn't have to take out to survive. Maybe because Sir Keir and Rachel Reeves campaigned for the excluded to get retrospective payments...oh and that @RachelReevesMP was actually campaigning on our APPG. For you the covid pandemic might have been long gone, but for #ExcludedUK members, they are still living with the debts... and some aren't.... +40 saw no other way out than to take their own lives.
