Convoys on #Hwy1 thru Rocky Creek open to public at 7 am and 5 pm. Arrive early. NOTE WELL: To take southbound 5 pm convoy, must live local or have existing travel reservation. Travelers headed south to Big Sur at 5 pm will not be able to return north until the next day at 7 am.
