@wesbos It’s only a non issue if you can charge at home. Imagine if you had to charge your phone on a public network? Plugging your car in should be as simple as plugging your phone in, but unfortunately that is not case for everyone. And it is an issue.

I charged my car 176 times this year, 4 of those times at a public charger. So much of the EV conversation is around charging times and inconvenience and it’s such a non-issue.

You are quite right. These Amici have their own unique arguments. TapJets for example asserts its business will be irreparably damaged if it can’t use XRP as currency. Indeed the benefit of XRP to it is the true reason the SEC seeks to crush crypto: to protect traditional banks.
