hands down bridge has the worst customer support I've ever experienced and it's not even close. I strongly recommend others to not work with them, if it can be avoided, and I look forward to the day when we can remove them from our stack

@paulg Maybe for that company it made sense since they took the money already, but it may not be a smart strategy to take so much money that the best use of it is to grow at 4% per year ( ust rate) instead of 10x

The # of mid career managers pinging me for a role is at an ATH. It didn't strike me as odd till I heard about the layoffs at MSFT. I guess if your primary role was to collect info from the bottom and feed it to the top, you are on the fast path to irrelevance.
