Read through some of the comments. My opinion is most of the, “you don’t get to dictate my time” comments don’t seem to understand 1 thing. If you take a job and it’s explained to you that there will be times you have to stay till the job is done or there will be last minute changes. You stay and finish the job. I’ve had jobs like that. But it is explained upfront before taking it. You don’t get to agree to terms then get mad that it happens. I mean, you can. You may not like the outcome.

It’s odd to me to come across so many young people (17-25) who fail to understand that responsibilities don’t just disappear because you’re angry to think something isn’t fair. Had a 19 year old kid start at my job two days ago and today he was fired. Why? Because of a last minute change order on a job required him to stay at a customers house later than he expected. “But I made plans.” No one gives a flying fuck. Shut the fuck up, man up, and do your job without whining like a little bitch. But no, instead of doing his job, he threw a mini tantrum and then called his girlfriend to drive 45 minutes across town to come pick him up. It’s fucking pathetic.

I have seen many comments that a car 'like this' should not be involved. It absolutely should, it is part of the magic/craziness of this race. Don't start liking something new and then want it sanitised to your comfort zone, just enjoy and learn!
