@gregspierce I have, but i always ask the editor for permission first and put the students' name in in the confidential comments to editor. It's a great learning opportunity for students - we independently review and then bring them together to compare and discuss.

Never seen this kind of note before when reviewing: "If you have received assistance with this review from a colleague (e.g. graduate student, or other early career researcher), please provide the colleague's information below." 2 questions: -people do this? -this is allowed?

Y'all should follow @EmilyImli's work here and more broadly. She also shared w/ me the best wonky news that I've heard in a while: that the American Community Survey will likely be adding back a question on connection to sewer service...for the first time since 1990.

97% of U.S. water systems are small systems, serving <10k people and facing challenges of aging infrastructure, climate change, & limited finances. This team is addressing challenges faced by rural community water systems throughout MA after extreme weather events or pandemics.

UMass Amherst is not only closing its residence halls to most students, but it is asking students to refrain from coming to Amherst and residing near campus. The responsible choice for the community. bostonglobe.com/2020/08/06/met…

Doing some lesson planning for fall 2020 and am going to include something on designing for equity, inclusion, social justice. Have some ideas already, but would love to hear your fave readings, videos, etc. about making CEE design better. Thanks!
