@amexgbt You have been completely unreachable for 48 hours and going! I try to use your chat feature in the app, they say they can't help and to call. I call and am on endless hold (have tried now 4 times). How do I get through to someone to simply change a flight?!

My husband can’t share access to our chime so everytime my infant takes a nap I have to ask him to mute the doorbell because I don’t have the ability to.

@westelm@WilliamsSonoma Picture this: You save up and spend over 4 THOUSAND dollars on a couch from @westelm , wait patiently for weeks and weeks for delivery. Get delivery confirmation and plan your entire week around it, then less than 24 hours before delivery, THEY CANCEL.
@Arhaus sooooooo upset about decorating our place with you guys! Nothing has gone right, the whole process has been a joke! Sadly, it was my first place and I was so excited to decorate it and it turned out to be ridiculous! I am really sad and upset.
After 4 contacts, the last of which had me transferred 3 times, hung up on once and on hold for 90 minutes afterwards, @Arhaus is charging me another $700 for an exchange. I will have paid $1200 In delivery fees for stools that only cost $2500. Is that typical customer service?
@FedExHelp@FedEx@FedExHelp Either my driver or a member of the team handling the packages for my area are quite clearly stealing contents or entire packages, but I can't open a ticket to escalate this issue. You have a SERIOUS issue with theft and there's no way to report it bc of your system.
@FedExHelp Your phone system has been designed to hang up on customers & not to help people. I have had now 3 packages that either were literally cut open in transit (w/ @FedEx) & the contents removed, or this last package that says delivered over a day ago & was NEVER DELIVERED.
@BeyondYoga love your products! Would you ever consider doing some of your thicker styled tanks without the shelf bra? Would really love some more options without shelf bras - most all of your tanks (except for the light weight) have them and a lot of us prefer them without!
