@Amtrak That would be much more helpful if any of your contact options were available. I guess you canceled a lot of trains if they are unable to take any calls, chats, or respond to texts!

@Amtrak I booked a ticket for November for $81, you canceled the train and now the only other options for that day are $250+. Is there a way to rebook without paying 3x the price? The whole reason I booked so far ahead of time was to not pay exorbitant prices

@askUHC I can’t log into my app because it says I have an inactive plan. When I log in on the website, it is only showing my previous plan that lapsed in July. A new plan started immediately after that but it is showing that I have no active coverage at all
