@Lizawaddell @easyJet Dont get a voucher they are a scam! @easyjet make you call their call centre to use it, it's impossible to get through and in the meantime you flights double or triple in price. @Easyjet make more money and you lose the cost of the voucher!

@shelleyphippen @easyJet Don't get a voucher they are a scam! @easyjet makes you call their call centre to use it, while you are on hold for hours trying to get through the prices of your flights double or triple. And @easyjet get more money out of you!

@easyJet so when does this get resolved, emailed and told 15 days to get the voucher, that was nearly a month ago! Told to message you and no reply! Are you waiting for the discounted flights to finish! If this isn't resolved I would like a full refund and book Ryanair or Tui!

@JamieTilbrook2 @BetzSim @easyJet Thanks I will give it a try. I had to use it though and book the flight because it’s a family holiday and we would have been the only members not going.

@EmitaCole @BetzSim @easyJet Hi Emma, they ignored me to! So if you google “request refund easyjet” it takes you to the form, fill it in and in the reasons hit put the voucher was unusable. I had a response within 6 days saying they are now processing it and it could take 30 days. Worth a try!

@JamieTilbrook2 @BetzSim @easyJet That’s great for you. But what about all the other people who have had hundreds of pounds they can’t afford to taken from them? @easyjet needs to answer their questions and stop ignoring them!

@BetzSim @EmitaCole @easyJet Hey, we had to fill in a refund form and I’ve had a reply saying they are processing it so I’m guessing it’s all gone through. We managed to get our flights a £100 cheaper than this year to so swings and roundabouts

@easyJet I am not waiting for a refund although I want one. You scammed me into getting a voucher, please refund my voucher!

@BetzSim @JamieTilbrook2 @easyJet No, I wish. When I finally got through @easyjet denied me any form of refund or to match the price I would have paid had I been able to book online. This is why its a total scam, they are profiting while loyal customers lose out.
