@shapeways I've been trying to download the file for the flat mouse tail with and w/o slope and they don't work. The rest are working great. Only feedback would be that the underside pieces that slide into the dual & d-pad buttons base keep breaking off. Any tips would be appreciated!

Update: @AppleSupport told me it wasn’t possible but @Google had the answer. If you use voice control to put a comma after the phone number and then put the extension # the phone will bypass the directory and call the extension. Voice control still turns off unfortunately.

@Apple @AppleSupport Can we work on allowing voice control to work when a call is active? Someone using voice control for iPhone control couldn’t technically call Apple for support because they need to press 1 once the call is active. #TechInequalities #LookingForSolutions
