People criticizing Kash, Bongino and even Bondi need to read this and really think about what he’s saying.
Jim Verdi@jjverdi

I have to address the trashing of Kash and Dan. Caveat: I have not spoken to Dan since he left the show, I've only texted with him about things not at all related to work. This is going to take a minute so bear with me. When we first started the radio show, we had 2 months to put everything together: the production elements, discussion of how it was going to work, putting the clock together, recording bumpers, etc. We then had a week of practice before going on the air. When we hit the air, it took months of angst and tinkering, and making changes before we finally hit our stride. And do you know what we didn't have? A cabal of people lined up working against our success, in fact trashing us at every turn. That's something we didn't have to face. So, then Dan decides to leave his highly successful, multi-million dollar job, while launching a new network, to take a job in the government, giving up a lot of money, family time, and freedom to try to do what he's talked about on the podcast and the radio, at a great risk to his reputation if the status quo was to remain. Who does that? I'll, tell you who: A guy who has talked about a problem for years and wants to be involved in stopping it. So why have you "seen no results?" Kash has been there 6 weeks and Dan's been there a month. Ask yourself, if you took the job, what are the first things you're doing overseeing an organization with 38,000 people, with half to more than half determined to sabotage everything you want to do? You don't know who they are yet, you don't know what they're doing to sabotage you, you have scores of investigations open, millions of documents and data to go through, you're getting emails and reports from so many people, you have to decipher what is real and what is not, and you've only had less than a month? Does this sound like the ideal situation to jump into after you've run your own businesses the way you wanted because you were in charge and knew the people you worked with and if they were loyal to you or not? Do you want the agency run the way it was, not paying attention to the rule of law, not having the evidence you need to prosecute someone, just doing it because it will feed the base red meat only to blow up in your face within months, weeks or days? Does this sound like a recipe to have immediate action taken against individuals or entities just because you've been waiting for it? If you want to assume you should this is what he took the job for, giving up everything he's had to give up, you're delusional and you really don't want to see any real lasting change made. How can I be certain of all this? Because I know him. And I know the kind of person is. And I know he's working to improve the agency, the government and the country because he loves it and is a real patriot and he would not have taken the job unless he could effect some real change. Don't think he's not working every single day to do just that, and not for him, because he didn't need this. He's doing this for you.

OBAMA'S Nightmare Drone Operations ordered 563 strikes that k*lled around 3,797 people, including children & U.S. citizens. This is just a fraction of assassinations considering Obama and Brennan's weekly Tuesday morning kill list meeting. One of his first CIA drone strikes was at a funeral, murdering 41 innocent Pakistani civilians. In 2011, the drone strikes that killed U.S. citizens, particularly Anwar al-Awlaki and Abdulrahman al-Awlaki, are among the most controversial aspects of Obama's program, raising constitutional and international law concerns. 41 innocent Pakistani's were wiped out at a funeral. A Yemeni grandmother vaporized in front of her grandkids while gathering veggies. Bodies so shredded they were buried with their dead animals. Villages living in terror of the constant buzz overhead. Obama's own words: "I'm really good at k*lling people." Yet he racked up 10x more strikes than Bush… and got the Nobel Peace Prize? He should be on trial for crimes against humanity and treason.

@tykecabbie @GOP_is_Gutless If nothing else, the DoJ could have Schiff arrested for withholding evidence. He claimed to have “irrefutable proof” of Trump being a Russian asset yet never turned it over. They have his word he had it. He can’t prove he doesn’t.

Schiff says Trump has arrested enough democrats. Like who? The one guy that needs to be arrested is the guy that doesn’t have immunity ( Adam Schiff) and tried to steal an election by claiming Donald Trump was a Russian asset and repeatedly told people of the country that he had indisputable proof that he was, but never showed it. Then we found out that Adam Schiff lied and this man was in charge of the intel committee. Adam Schiff should be arrested. As a matter of fact,he should be sitting in prison.

After CBS embarrassed Karen Bass by fact-checking her debate lies about the Palisades Fire, they clearly got the call. CBS filmed with me on my burned out lot for over an hour, and they turned it over to Karen Bass’ PR team to edit it into a comical 5 minute hit piece with clips from the Hills. They can’t beat my ideas, they can’t beat me in the debates, so they gotta try to turn my campaign into a sideshow. People are done with these skeezy political tricks, and I’m done with CBS. They’ll never get a word from me for my next 8 years as mayor. Adios! What outlet should I have in their absence?

If you use TikTok, you should read this once. In October 2024, a court clerk in Kentucky uploaded the lawsuit against TikTok with the confidential sections still visible. NPR downloaded it before anyone caught the mistake. By the time the court resealed it, the internet had a copy. What was inside was TikTok's own engineers, in their own words, describing what their app does to a human brain. Not a critic's brain. Yours. Here is what they wrote down. — TikTok ran the math on how long it takes to develop "compulsive use" of the app. The number is 260 videos. With 8-second videos played in rapid-fire succession, that works out to roughly 35 minutes. The company's internal documents call this the compulsive-use threshold. — TikTok's own research describes what compulsive use causes: "diminished analytical ability, impaired memory, contextual reasoning, conversational depth, empathy, and heightened anxiety." That is not a quote from a critic. That is TikTok's own language, in its own internal documents. — A team inside the company called "TikTank" wrote in an internal report that compulsive use on the platform was "rampant." — After 30 minutes of continuous use in one sitting, the company's own documents state that users are placed into "filter bubbles" — algorithmic loops the user did not choose and cannot easily escape. Then there is the screen-time tool — the one TikTok publicly markets as proof it cares. — TikTok ran an experiment on the 60-minute screen-time prompt. Daily teen usage dropped from 108.5 minutes to 107. A reduction of 1.5 minutes. — Internally, the screen-time tool was not measured by whether it reduced screen time. Its top success metric, in writing, was "improving public trust in the TikTok platform via media coverage." — A project manager wrote in internal chat: "Our goal is not to reduce the time spent." Another employee added that the goal was "to contribute to daily active users and retention." — A TikTok executive approved the screen-time feature only on the condition that its impact on the company's "core metrics" was minimal. The lawsuit alleges the company planned to "revisit the design" if the tool ever reduced usage by more than 10%. The "Are you still scrolling?" break videos? An executive admitted in an internal meeting they were "useful talking points" for lawmakers, but "not altogether effective." Then there is the algorithm itself. — An internal report flagged that the For You feed was showing what the company called "a high volume of not attractive subjects." TikTok then retooled the algorithm to suppress those users. Kentucky authorities wrote: "By changing the TikTok algorithm to show fewer 'not attractive subjects' in the For You feed, [TikTok] took active steps to promote a narrow beauty norm even though it could negatively impact their Young Users." That sentence is the entire pitch of the platform, said out loud. — Internally, TikTok also acknowledged that its publicly reported content moderation metrics were "mostly misleading," because they only measured the content the company successfully moderated — never the content it missed. Now read those bullet points again as one continuous case. The company knows the addiction threshold. The company measured it. The company ranked engagement over mental health in writing. The company built a screen-time tool whose internal success metric was PR. The company suppressed people it deemed unattractive to keep you scrolling. The company called its own moderation numbers misleading. None of this is a leaked rumor. None of this is a journalist's interpretation. This is a court filing. The documents are TikTok's. The words are TikTok's. The math is TikTok's. The 14 state attorneys general who signed onto this lawsuit aren't fringe activists. They're a bipartisan coalition. Sources at the bottom: NPR, CNN, AP, Mashable, OPB, The Independent. All citing the same accidentally-unsealed Kentucky filing from October 11, 2024. The next time the company tells you it cares about your wellbeing — the screen-time prompts, the break videos, the safety features, the careful PR statements — remember that its own engineers wrote down, in court-admissible language, that the safeguards were never meant to work. The app is not broken. It is performing exactly as designed. You were the spec.

Dinesh D’Souza didn’t just “let his daughter marry” anybody. He let her marry Brandon Gill because the dude is the kind of patriot who walks into the lions’ den with receipts** and doesn’t flinch.🔥 In this clip, Gill looks Minnesota Dems in the eye and asks a question so simple it feels illegal in D.C.: Does all this make Minnesota stronger… or weaker? Then he starts rattling off the numbers he says come straight from state data, plus whistleblower claims about a decade of fraud warnings and political protection. And suddenly everyone in the room forgets how to answer in complete sentences. 😬 WATCH. SHARE. If you think taxpayers deserve the truth, comment “STRONGER” or “WEAKER.” 👇

Health insurers and organizations literally bribe pediatricians to give your baby 25 vaccine doses before 3 years of age. For example, pediatricians in the 3-million-person Health Net network receive a $2,500 bonus for each baby receiving 25 vaccine doses by 2.5 years of age. A paralegal at my firm quickly found 27 additional examples of insurers and providers from across the country offering such bribes. See list below. It is amazing that even pediatricians need to be bribed to inject these products. How do you think this affects how pediatricians treat parents during “well-check” visits? "I'm a teen mother. I had multiple people including the child's father trying to talk me into getting an abortion. They kept trying to tell me that it was the best thing to do for my baby and that nobody else would ever have to know. ⠀ ⠀ I was pregnant with my son at 15. I actually went to a clinic and everything, I had no idea what the right thing would be for me to do. I was a terrified teenager. They did an ultrasound and asked me if I would like to see the baby and I told them yes. As soon as I saw my little baby on the screen, I immediately knew that I could not do this to my child and that I shouldn't be letting people pressure me into doing something like that. ⠀ ⠀ I ran out of the building and cried like a baby. I called my boyfriend at the time (baby's father) and he actually screamed at me and told me that I needed to turn around and go get the abortion. ⠀ ⠀ I'm now a 17-year-old single mother and my son is one years old. He is the love of my life and I absolutely adore him. Nobody should ever feel pressured to get an abortion."-Chloe Credit: (Testimony and photo) Save the Storks

BREAKING NEWS: Mayo Clinic is offering me an "Executive Director" position for up to $400k 😃 Oh and they're not the only one. My email inbox is suddenly filling up with Executive job offers from several big Pharmaceutical companies. So this is what I get for helping 9000+ Cancer patients with Ivermectin & Mebendazole and leading the largest Ivermectin Cancer Project in the world? After talking about a New Florida Cancer Clinic? 🤔 If they can't sabotage me, they'll just buy me out? 💵 I have to admit, it is mildly amusing. Ten years ago, I may have jumped at something like this. It's almost tailor made for me. But at this stage of my life...can't say I felt even a hint of temptation. They really don't know me very well 😃 Sorry, Mayo Clinic. I'm building a Cancer Center in Florida. It's going to be a bit different from yours. 😉

Kimmel’s hateful and violent rhetoric is intended to divide our country. His monologue about my family isn’t comedy- his words are corrosive and deepens the political sickness within America. People like Kimmel shouldn’t have the opportunity to enter our homes each evening to spread hate. A coward, Kimmel hides behind ABC because he knows the network will keep running cover to protect him. Enough is enough.  It is time for ABC to take a stand.  How many times will ABC’s leadership enable Kimmel’s atrocious behavior at the expense of our community.
