Today we're sharing that Entendre has been acquired by @MoonPay. Three years ago we started with a simple conviction: the way money moves was changing fast, but the way it was tracked wasn't keeping up. Stablecoins were rewriting how businesses spend, earn, and transfer value, and accounting needed to move just as fast. AI was the unlock. We built for the finance teams already operating at 9 to 10 figure volumes across multi-entity structures, wallets, exchanges, cards, subledgers, and bank accounts, fixing the actual work instead of forcing a rip-and-replace. MoonPay is building the financial operating system for value: stablecoin-first, headless, agent-ready, institution-focused. It's the direction we were always headed. Our partners are reviewing these outputs themselves and telling us where the model's wrong. To be clear: TaxBench is NOT evidence that AI can file a tax return without expert review. The strongest mean score still misses ~23% of weighted criteria on an average run. It's a map of exactly where models break which is what you need to build systems around them. Full leaderboard, scenarios, per-run trajectories, and criterion-level rubrics are public: We're using this to decide where agents can run autonomously vs. where a human stays in the loop. The final result line is the hardest part of the benchmark because it depends on all prior criteria being correct. In tax preparation, every value must be correct for the final result to be correct.

@EntendreAI Joins @moonpay to Build the Agentic Financial Infrastructure We led Entendre's seed on the thesis that every new financial rail requires AI to reconcile, report, audit, and close on top of it. The agentic financial infrastructure needs its own accounting layer. We met @kvreem while he was at CloudKitchens, now Atoms, and before that Workday and WeWork, building the financial systems enterprises depend on. An engineer turned product expert, he built Entendre's AI agents to turn high-volume transaction streams into clean, audit-ready books automatically, doing continuously what used to take analysts and spreadsheets. Now that layer gets to grow at MoonPay's scale, with Kareem joining as VP of Applied AI. Congratulations to Kareem and the Entendre team.
