🚨BREAKING NEWS: The president of Turning Point’s University of Georgia chapter will be resigning later this evening due to the internal treatment and subsequent public lies told by Turning Point executives surrounding Erika Kirk’s last minute cancellation of the event w/ Vice President JD Vance. In short, the excuse peddled by their Public Relations team was pure fiction (as we all suspected) No, the Left was NOT buying up tons of reservations, as told by Andrew Kolvet. To the contrary, the team knew weeks before that there was little interest in the event for a variety of reasons, and Erika’s safety was NEVER an issue. Beyond this, the questions at the event were entirely faked. Erika, as we reported, was already in Georgia. Now both the secret service AND the UGA chapter President is claiming that Turning Point not only lied, but rather extraordinarily blamed the public because Erika didn’t want hit the stage. Accepted forms of ID to vote under the SAVE Act: 1. Enhanced REAL ID: Only available in 5 states. Costs up to $50 and requires a birth certificate which 40M Americans lack access to. 2. Valid passport: 146M Americans do not have and costs at least $130. Trump gutted the agencies issuing them. 3. U.S. military ID card presented with military record of service. 4. Government-issued photo ID showing place of birth: 300M Americans do not have one, and costs up to $50. 5. Non-Enhanced REAL ID driver’s license, state ID, or tribal ID shown in conjunction with a birth certificate (40M lack access to) that matches your last name (which 69M women do not have due to marriage) and other forms of documentation. Ironically, the states the SAVE Act hurts the most: West Virginia, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas. If the SAVE Act was actually a Voter ID bill, then it would propose making the validate forms of ID free and easily accessible, bringing it in line with the 24th Amendment. Until then, it’s just another Republican voter suppression bill, that makes registering to vote, voting, and ensuring your voting status harder.

As a female driver who sometimes panics on the road when I don’t know exactly what I’m supposed to do in confusing circumstances, I’m realizing that I’d probably get shot by officers. And a lot of you would probably say it was justified.

@AntiPar2ival @LibertarianMama "masked men". She knew they were federal law enforcement they weren't random "masked men". Her purpose there was to impede them. She refused a lawful order to get out of her car and decided to use her vehicle as a weapon and was shot.

FYI: I think this would be a lot of people when a bunch of masked men approach. Fight or flight would definitely trigger in many of us, and many of us in that same position would be dead. I think the masking needs to end, the consequences for trying to harm law enforcement need to be more severe, and the consequences for law enforcement who use deadly force need to be far more severe.

Yeah I mean I made a wrong turn in downtown Phoenix and was trying to figure out where I was supposed to go (there were streets blocked for an event and it’s all one-way streets) and a cop was shouting at me and I accidentally made another slightly wrong move and he shouted at me again and now I’m glad he didn’t pull a gun on me I guess…

All I’m pointing out is sometimes stress can cause you to think you’re complying and the police will still think you’re not. Even in clearcut situations like Daniel Shaver, nothing happened to that cop. In this one, the cop standing in front seems like he’s recording a video and not exactly situationally aware, but that could be wrong. Another cop seems like he’s reaching in her window and grabbing her or possibly the steering wheel. Neither of those things are in their training. Bodycam will clear it up if we actually get to see it.

I was in a scenario where I tried to comply with an officer yelling at me and apparently didn’t comply correctly and he ran at my car and continued to scream at me. My point is that civilians are not trained in these scenarios, officers specifically are. You can think you’re complying and still be shot (Daniel Shaver) and this shooting is NOT clear cut. The officer in front of the car seemingly is recording a video on his cellphone. I’m sure the bodycam footage will clear it up.
