Not so sure about that one. Have you thought the following outcome? USA/North America gets so prosperous from Ai and robotics that almost everybody in the world wants to live here? The demand is only going up from here and I’m not so sure robots will replace all the workers in the next 10 years. Office workers ? yeah sure… but plumbers and electricians is more complex…

I think housing/real estate is going to be a terrible asset for the next 20 years as AI/automation makes building homes insanely easy/efficient. Pair this with a falling birthrate, and the demand for homes relative to supply will massively shrink. NFA.
