The Russian footage is a lot clearer because it's a direct feed from one of their eye in the sky drones that documented a Ukrainian war crime while monitoring civilians evacuating from Kupyansk, many of whom are ethnic Russians. The footage was stolen by the Ukrainians and repurposed to blame the Russians, with a noticeable degradation in quality.
